Step 1. Choose a website name (starting as low as $15 per year, based on a multi-year purchase). Step 2. Add a web page (starting at only $10 per month for one page + one email account). Step 3. You send me content and I design the site to your liking (starting at $50 for a one page site. After this, I can teach you how to maintain the site yourself or I can maintain it for you).
That's right! Have your own website, with any name you choose, up and running for around $185.* If that sounds unbelievable, it's because unlike most other web design services, I do not add any markup to the actual costs from the web provider. I only ask for money for my design work. The time I spend setting up the service for you is free. So I only make money if you are happy with my work and hire me to design more.
* In the interest of full disclosure, there will be many opportunities for spending more money enhancing your website, should you choose. You could add more pages, buy optimization tools to drive more traffic to your site, add a shopping cart feature or add an online store, but generally these are not needed and I will not push them on you. If desired they can always be added later... after your site starts generating income.
Note: Because the samples above were just created as additional pages on this web site, they are constrained by the template built for this site. That is the reason that the banners, headers and footers are the same for each sample. They were created as discussion starter sites for other customers and are provided simply to give you an idea of what can be achieved. Once you purchase your own web site, dozens of different design templates can be chosen. I will work with you on selecting the best look for your particular needs. But isn't my business too small to need a website???NO! Do you advertise in the phone book or in the weekly shopper? Do you use mailers? Well I have news for you. No one is reading those anymore. They use their computer.
But don't I need a big fancy website??? NO! All you need is one page. On that page you give your name, address, phone number, hours of business, a link to Yahoo Maps for driving directions, and possibly instructions on where to park. Then describe what you have to offer. Finally, add a few pictures. That is all you need to draw tons of traffic. All for as little as $125 per year.
Who says I need more business? I'm already too busy. Okay, so it sounds like you could probably use more time to service all your customers. Well how much time to do currently waste on the phone answering questions like, "How late are you open?" , "How do I get there?" or "Do you offer...?" With a website, you get only serious, knowledgeable customer calls. Plus, you can drive thier questions to your mailbox, to answer at your convenience.

You've learned everything you need to know to make your decision from just this one page. To be honest, Sweetg.com started as one single page, and as I saw the response it got, it just grew from there.
Would you consider trading for services rather than cash? YES! While you will still be responsible for any web fees from the internet service provider, I would definitely be willing to trade my labor for services.

Or have you considered a Company Newsletter? It can require minimal work and for little more than the cost of postage (free if only emailed) can gain added respect for you and your business.
