Living Room
This is what the spacious living rooms look like in the building. They features 9ft high ceilings, wood floors, Victorian trim, built in bookcases, a working electric fireplace with long mantel, and six panoramic front windows. There's plenty of privacy, and only one apartment per floor, with over 1000 sq. ft. of space.
The building is only three stories, surrounded by yard & trees, on a wide tree-lined street, so it's nice and quiet. It features intercom security, heated stairwells, a heated laundry room, basement storage lockers, but most importantly friendly neighbors and an on-site owner.
This is one of the elegant dining rooms. Window treatments & wall color may vary - check the picture album for specifics, but they all have the same size rooms. The big windows all look out onto the landscaped yard and garden, featuring a real apple tree and berry bushes, as well as roses, lilacs and other fragrant flowers.
The apartments are cabled for TV & computer and each has a state of the art "healthy" heating & ventilation system that I love to tell people about. The best part of it is that YOU control the temperature, but don't pay the bill. The heat is on me. You won't find another apartment in the city that offers that.

Here's the front of the building and the side yard. Out back you will find a roomy private patio, perfect for BBQs or just having friends over. There are also several off-street parking spaces behind a privacy fence, for you or your guests.
The stained glass windows & ornate styling outside, reflects the large inviting space and warm Victorian trim inside. New apartments just aren't being built like this, with space and personality.
